Fenwick W. English, Robert Wendell Eaves, Sr. Distinguished Professor of Educational Leadership, School of Education

Deep educational problems are more and more falling outside of the boundaries of the nation state: the miseducation or lack of education of girls; child sex trafficking; terrorism; multinational corporate exploitation. Educational leaders are faced with challenges outside of the school-state nexus. Fenwick English will examine the preparation of a different kind of school leader to respond to these challenges, the subject of his recent book, Educational Leaders Without Borders: Rising to Global Challenges to Educate All.
