Obama Exec Order

There is no position in the world more powerful than the President of the United States of America—but is it too powerful? This election as voters choose the POTUS, they will be voting into office a man or woman whose powers far exceed those outlined in the Constitution. Law professor Bill Marshall considers the ramifications of growing presidential as we head to the polls.
