North Carolina is one of this year’s most targeted battleground states in the presidential election, but what does this mean for the offices up for grabs in the Tar Heel state? Veteran journalist and political analyst Ferrel Guillory will discuss the status of state legislature elections, referendums and minor offices, and the big contest at the top of the state ticket for Governor of North Carolina.
