Library-Billy-Graham-Speaking

Billy Graham’s 1978 Christian Crusade in Las Vegas is just one of the potentially controversial issues Michelle Robinson, a 2016 Tanner Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award winner, is researching for inclusion in her American Studies courses. She will share with us her work-in-progress discoveries about how Graham’s 1978 Crusade in Las Vegas influenced evangelical Christian perspectives of the casino-resort industry and the possibility of being Christian and working on the strip.

Michelle Robinson, Assistant Professor of American Studies
