Help GTCC celebrate International Week with a lunch- time lecture and concert featuring UNC-Chapel Hill’s own David Garcia and local salsa musicians. Learn about the more recent history of Latin music in the Triangle area, while also taking a fascinating historical detour back to 1783, when an exiled officer of the Spanish army, Francisco de Miranda from Venezuela, traveled through North Carolina.
