Restaurant Culture in a Post-Pandemic World

This event will bring together a group of food scholars and industry experts to discuss COVID-19’s impact on the restaurant world. Together, we’ll think through how our social values around food and community are being negotiated during this strange time and explore potential ways in which restaurant culture may be transformed by this crisis.
