The Talk

June 26, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

How do you prepare a child for a world that often enacts and condones violence against people of color?  A one-man performance that explores the difficult conversations we must have with our children as we prepare them to survive and thrive in America, while inviting audience members to imagine new possibilities. Written and performed Sonny Kelly.

Free & open to the public. All are welcome. No registration required.

Co-sponsored by Carolina K-12, the Chapel Hill Public Library, Southern Oral History Project, and the Center for the Study of the American South.
