Happy Equinox and first day of Libra season!

We are just a few days away from our autumnal dinner in the hayfields of Saxapahaw, NC! Below, please find a few important details about the event.

Filming and Photography

We will be filming and taking photographs to capture the magic of the evening! If you would prefer not to be included, please avoid cameras and notify an organizer.

Covid 19

As a reminder, we ask that all guests provide proof of vaccination (photo or vaccination card) or a negative covid-19 test within 48 hours of the dinner. Masks will be required when not at the dinner table. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Germane at germanelwj@gmail.com

Parking

There will be an attendant to guide you where to park once you arrive. We have limited spots very close to the site and are reserved for guests that require ease of access.

Directions

Please use the directions below. GPS takes you on the extra, extra, EXTRA scenic route!

From Chapel Hill/Carrboro:

Take Highway 54 ten miles past the stoplight at Carrboro Plaza. Turn left at the light onto Saxapahaw-Bethlehem Church Road.  In about 3.5 miles, bear right onto Sweponville-Saxapahaw Rd. If you cross the bridge over the Haw River, you have gone too far. The driveway for the dinner is about a mile down on your right and will be marked with a large A-frame sign.

From Durham and points north and east:

Take I-85 south/I-40 west to exit #154 at the Tanger Outlets.  Turn left on Mebane-Oaks Rd and follow 8 miles until it ends at Highway 54.  Continue straight to cross Highway 54. The road turns into Saxapahaw-Bethlehem Church Road. In about 3.5 miles, bear right onto Sweponville-Saxapahaw Rd. If you cross the bridge over the Haw River, you have gone too far. From Greensboro/Burlington/Graham and points west and south:

Take I-85 north/I-40 east to exit 148, Highway 54 east toward Chapel Hill. Drive 3 miles to the intersection of Highway 119 just past Alexander Wilson Elementary School.  Turn right at light then take an immediate left following the green Saxapahaw direction sign.  Go 1 mile and turn left onto Swepsonville-Saxapahaw Rd at stop sign.  Continue on Swepsonville-Saxapahaw Rd for about 5 miles. The driveway for the dinner is about a mile down on your left and will be marked with a large A-frame sign.
