Richard H. Kohn, Professor Emeritus of History and Peace, War, and Defense

Some say that ISIS, Russian moves in Ukraine, a rising China, cyber warfare, Ebola (and more) have made the Obama Administration appear unprepared and uncertain. This interactive lecture with Richard Kohn will review the current challenges to U. S. foreign policy and prioritize the threats. In addition to debating the role of the United States in other regions of the world, this discussion will take into account domestic politics, public criticism of drone strikes, and the surveillance state.
