Andrew Reynolds, Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair, Global Studies Curriculum

Professor Andrew Reynolds returns to the Humanities in Action stage to update us on recent developments in North Africa and the Middle East. This talk addresses the difficulties of democratization, the threat of violence in the region, and political, social, and cultural issues unresolved since the transfer of power in several states.

TIME: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

All Humanities in Action events take place at Flyleaf Books in Chapel Hill. There are no preparatory readings for these events.
