Join Executive Director of the Program in the Humanities, Dr. Max Owre, as he explores Napoleon’s most famous defeat at the Battle of Waterloo.  Dr. Owre will discuss the battle as well as the historical fallout from this pivotal moment in European History. This special event will take place on the actual 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo,  June 18 from 4:30-6:00pm at Flyleaf Books in Chapel Hill.
