Weekend Seminars 2023 | Carolina Public Humanities

Carolina Public Humanities is offering two seminar series this fall:

DIALOGUES series

These half-day seminars feature two scholars who present around a chosen theme, followed by a lively facilitated conversation about resonant cultural and historical questions proposed by the day’s theme.

DISTINGUISHED SCHOLAR series

These all-day seminars feature three consecutive talks by an eminent scholar. Remarkable feats of teaching, these seminars provide in-depth explorations of a specific topic. Participants leave feeling full-to-the-brim with new knowledge and acumen. An optional lunch is available.
