One of our most popular speakers, Gerhard Weinberg, returns with more in-depth analysis of the world’s most devastating war. This fall, Dr. Weinberg will expand on themes he explored in his 2005 award-winning book, Visions of Victory: The Hopes of Eight World War II Leaders, with an analysis of the ideas and actions of the “Big Three,” Stalin, Churchill, and Roosevelt, before and during the great conflict.

Gerhard L. Weinberg is William Rand Kenan, Jr., Professor of History Emeritus. He is a distinguished internationally known expert on all aspects of World War II and author of numerous books, including the comprehensive, award-winning masterpiece A World at Arms: A Global History of World War II.
Time & Tuition
9:30 am-3:00 pm, Saturday, September 23rd. The tuition is $125 to attend in person or $50 for virtual viewing. The optional lunch on Saturday is $20.
