The Fire of Freedom

Mike Wiley’s one-man theatrical adaptation, inspired by David Cecelski’s book of the same name tells the story of Abraham Galloway, a young slave rebel and Union spy who became one of the most significant black leaders in the South during and after the Civil War.

This event will be held in the Pleasants Family Assembly Room in Wilson Library. Refreshments will be served from 4:30-5:00pm. Performance from 5:00-6:30pm.
